What is ACH Drafting. ACH drafting is a service managed by The ALCOR Group which provides Pier 8 Owners the opportunity to have their monthly condo fees automatically drafted from their checking account. Once the individual Owner completes and returns the ACH Drafting form, ALCOR will begin drafting the individual's checking account for the monthly condo fee(s). Drafts are made on the 5th day of each month, every month. Since the drafts are made on the same day every month, Owners can plan accordingly. ACH Drafting prevents a late fee from being assessed due to non-payment by the 5th of the each month.

If you wish to participate, simply printout, complete and return the ACH Draft form to ALCOR. Once received, your first draft will occur on the next normal (5th of the month) ACH draft day. If you should ever want to withdraw from the program, simply notify ALCOR by mail, fax or e-mail and you will be withdrawn from the program the following business day. It's that simple!
